Att: Thomas Costin and to all to whom it may concern
Behold, I am Jesus Christ, whom the prophets testified shall come into the world.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 11:10)
Peace be with you brethren and if not, let it return promptly unto me.
You had to have the name Thomas after all, which is one of the names of one of the original apostles of Jesus in the primitive church organized by Jesus the Christ, the son of God, which is the same God of my fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; or the God that has spoken to all his children since the beginning of the world until this day. For no one comes to the Father, except thru the Son and no one comes to the Son, except through the witness of the Holy Ghost, which comforter the Father has sent to abide in the heart of all those that believe in his son to bear record of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost which are one Eternal God. And I declare it clear and loudly to fulfill the scriptures; and therefore, I stamp it with my greatest and most noble Zeal, which is the name that I have taken upon me and which cannot be erased from my heart except through iniquity.
Thomas, if you had truly believed in Jesus Christ, you would have believed in my words or even a portion of them, for I speak not of myself but the words of Christ which he has engraved in my mind and in my heart. And as the LORD is one with the Father I am one with the Christ, for the Father, and the Son and the Holy Ghost are one and besides God there is no god before or after.
And this I say boldly because I have taken upon me the name of Christ, for of him we talk, of him we preach, of him we write for there is no other name under heaven by which Salvation comes. And only those that are called after this name and title will be saved at the last day; and those that shall be called by any other name are not of his fold, so they must belong to another shepherd. For the scriptures do make it manifest saying:
And under this head ye are made free, and there is no other head whereby ye can be made free. There is no other name given whereby salvation cometh; therefore, I would that ye should take upon you the name of Christ, all you that have entered into the covenant with God that ye should be obedient unto the end of your lives. And it shall come to pass that whosoever doeth this shall be found at the right hand of God, for he shall know the name by which he is called; for he shall be called by the name of Christ. And now it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall not take upon him the name of Christ must be called by some other name; therefore, he findeth himself on the left hand of God.
(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 5:8 - 10)
And now if ye are not the sheep of the good shepherd, of what fold are ye? Behold, I say unto you, that the devil is your shepherd, and ye are of his fold; and now, who can deny this? Behold, I say unto you, whosoever denieth this is a liar and a child of the devil.
(Book of Mormon | Alma 5:39)
Therefore, I AM is giving you another witness that the world does not receive because ye cannot see him. And it is I, it is I, the spirit of truth, it is I, he that speaks as a voice of one crying repentance in the wilderness of whom it was testified should come.
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
(New Testament | John 14:17)
Behold, that which you hear is as the voice of one crying in the wilderness—in the wilderness, because you cannot see him—my voice, because my voice is Spirit; my Spirit is truth; truth abideth and hath no end; and if it be in you it shall abound.
(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 88:66)
And it is that I AM in the Father because of the Sprit, and I AM in the Son because of the flesh which I have subjected like Christ unto the will of the Father. And I AM also in the Holy Ghost because of the word of God which is written in my inward parts which I cannot deny. This is why my name is Elugim or Elohim which is no other than Miguel or Michael backwards, which is like unto the eternal name of God or the like unto the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost in one. And all those who come unto the Son, receive this ones or of his fullness. And they, who receive of the fullness of the Son, also receive of the fullness of the father, which is this witness and the knowledge which is made manifest by the Holy Spirit only in those who are made sons and daughters of God or of our heavenly Father. And this I how I glorify Jesus Christ as Christ glorified the father by taking upon me his name as one as the scriptures plainly manifest when the resurrected Christ came to my ancient fathers saying:
Father, I pray not for the world, but for those whom thou hast given me out of the world, because of their faith, that they may be purified in me, that I may be in them as thou, Father, art in me, that we may be one, that I may be glorified in them.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 19:29)
And in us, the children of God are his name glorified. For I will shew it and make it plain unto your that this is the promise and covenant of God unto our fathers when he also asked and said unto me:
And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.
(Old Testament | Genesis 17:7)
And said unto me: Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.
(Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 21:3)
And that is not all, this is also how the father is glorified time and again, for this what the Father said unto the son when the son asked to be glorified with the glory he had before he came into the world:
And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
(New Testament | John 17:5)
Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.
(New Testament | John 12:28)
Therefore, let him who has eyes to read, let him understand.
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
(New Testament | John 14:10 - 13)
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse them that curse thee; and in thee (that is, in thy Priesthood) and in thy seed (that is, thy Priesthood), for I give unto thee a promise that this right shall continue in thee, and in thy seed after thee (that is to say, the literal seed, or the seed of the body) shall all the families of the earth be blessed, even with the blessings of the Gospel, which are the blessings of salvation, even of life eternal.
(Pearl of Great Price | Abraham 2:11)
Now if this knowledge which I present unto you is cultist to you be it so, for I have been tamed or cultivated by the Spirit of God to bear witness of the truth, which is the knowledge of things as they are, as they have been and as they are to come. And all my words are always backed by the law and the testimony for if I do not do it according to this word; there is not any light in me as Isaiah once said. Therefore here is the law and the testimony:
Behold, I come unto my own, to fulfil all things which I have made known unto the children of men from the foundation of the world, and to do the will, both of the Father and of the Son—of the Father because of me, and of the Son because of my flesh.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 1:14)
And even though it is now vague to your understanding because the things of God no man knows in their carnal state because they are spiritually discerned, I do hope that one day you become converted and say “My Lord and my God” as Thomas of Didymus said, who at last believed in the truth. But be ye more blessed than him for he only believed when he saw with his own eyes; and when he was able to put his finger in the marks of the nails in the hands of and wrists of the resurrected Christ eight days again; and also when he had thrust his hand into his side where the LORD was pierced in the house of his friends. For it was the LORD himself who said unto to Thomas that blessed are those that believed after having seen, yet more blessed are those that belief having not seen. And I quote it so remember or know that that I lie not.
But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book. But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
(New Testament | John 20:24 - 31)
With regards to your non subject reply to the earlier work I send out which you stamped with your name and which says:
“Mormon Doctrine/Teachings concerning Jesus Christ does not hold to the Biblical Truth of Jesus Christ as God...Mormon Doctrine states Jesus as being the first of creation, savior, and many other titles and positions even a God, as we'll be in the views of Mormon faith. Thus, this removes Jesus Christ as being God Son equal with Father & Holy Spirit. All faith and trust of our eternal Salvation as Christians is in The Blood of Jesus Christ, God the Son. Therefore, Mormonism is a cult of anti-christian teaching and doctrines.
Regards,
Thomas Costin”
I truly could not follow exactly the context all what you tried to say because of the fragmentation of your beliefs; and I do not know where you have gotten your information about Mormonism as you call it, but I assure you, it comes from an ominous source and is not the information I accept as doctrinal truth. If you want to know about us come to us directly and not to the opposition. Or would you rely in the information and specs of a particular make and model of a vehicle by asking or searching proprietary information in the archives of the competition or the opposition? Here are a couple of trustworthy links for your delight and information perhaps there you will leaner something:
And if there was some truth in what you say, it is corrupted and limited by lack of proper information and therefore it is rejected for it perverts the right ways of the LORD. Yet in all good faith and goodness I will try to correct some of your erroneous notions and conclusions if the time and the spirit of God permit.
First, Mormonism is but a nick name we are sometimes or commonly called by, which has been given to some but not all of us by those who hardly know our faith; or a name even given to others that have dissented or departed from us also. For not all latter days saints are Mormon and not all Mormon are saints. We have received this name or title because we believe in the Book of Mormon and the historian, complier and main writer of that book as it is was named Mormon. Mormon means More Good Man, which is after the son of Man or the More Good Man of all, even Jesus Christ. So, in the Language of my father, the name Mormon is synonym with the name of Christ. Therefore, the Book of Mormon is also called and titled another testament of Jesus Christ. And if you truly believed in the first testaments which are recorded in the first, or in the Old Testament of the Bible, you then would easily believe in the second or the new testament of the Bible. And if you truly believe in the New Testament, you would also believe in the other testament, which is the book of Mormon and if you believe in this last testament which increases our faith and get us nearer unto God than any other book written of and about Christ, as you saw in the beginning. And become doer of the word as you see me doing, then you will believe in all the works of God that will come after that until you receive a fullness of the will and knowledge God in accordance to the care and diligence that we give unto his words and voice. For it is better to know God than just to know about him.
And for us, the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Book of Mormon is the living word of God as it is also the Holy Bible and other more ancient and more contemporary scriptures that we treasure and hold dear. Much of which knowledge is already written in our very own hearts and in our minds making of us as walking temples and/or arks before our God. And it is only to our advantage and the confirmation of our faith that we have more testimonies unto the world of the same God than most so called Christians which only hold a portion of the truth. And the LORD has given us additional Holy Scriptures though a Holy prophet, seer and revelator promised unto my fathers in ancient times that would come. And which testimony is also attested to in the book of Ezekiel in order to eradicate error or scriptural misunderstanding and to confound and dethrone false doctrines as yours and to establish the peace unto our people from both the house of Judah and the house of Joseph and their companions by uniting their scrolls or sticks into one. And of this it is written both in the Bible and in the book of Mormon, which scriptures together have become one book in our hands and in our eyes. And no one can deny it.

Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.
And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these? Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
(Old Testament | Ezekiel 37:16 - 19)
But a seer will I raise up out of the fruit of thy loins; and unto him will I give power to bring forth my word unto the seed of thy loins—and not to the bringing forth my word only, saith the Lord, but to the convincing them of my word, which shall have already gone forth among them. Wherefore, the fruit of thy loins shall write; and the fruit of the loins of Judah shall write; and that which shall be written by the fruit of thy loins, and also that which shall be written by the fruit of the loins of Judah, shall grow together, unto the confounding of false doctrines and laying down of contentions, and establishing peace among the fruit of thy loins, and bringing them to the knowledge of their fathers in the latter days, and also to the knowledge of my covenants, saith the Lord. And out of weakness he shall be made strong, in that day when my work shall commence among all my people, unto the restoring thee, O house of Israel, saith the Lord.
(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 3:11 - 13)
According to your own words, you ironically and falsely call us cultist as those who worship Satan our common enemy; and you also call us anti Christian which is very far away from the truth, for the doctrines we teach are all centered in Jesus Christ, the son of God. And it is most ironic even when you can see with your very own eyes, unless you are willfully blind and are destined to perish like the wicked and unbelieving who crucified our LORD and our GOD, that we are the only church in the whole world and under heaven that brightly and boldly carries the main name and title of Jesus Christ, the son of the living God, even the Savior and redeemer of the world. Or as you should have put it, God the Son and not God Son. Here is the law and the testimony
And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.
(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 25:26)
And whether you like it or not, Jesus Christ has a great many more titles than these, even so many that they cannot be numbered for endless is his name as well as his Creations for they never end. Even Thomas is one of his names.
For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.
(Old Testament | Isaiah 9:5 - 8)
Behold, I am Jesus Christ the Son of God. I created the heavens and the earth, and all things that in them are. I was with the Father from the beginning. I am in the Father, and the Father in me; and in me hath the Father glorified his name. I came unto my own, and my own received me not. And the scriptures concerning my coming are fulfilled. And as many as have received me, to them have I given to become the sons of God; and even so will I to as many as shall believe on my name, for behold, by me redemption cometh, and in me is the law of Moses fulfilled. I am the light and the life of the world.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. And ye shall offer up unto me no more the shedding of blood; yea, your sacrifices and your burnt offerings shall be done away, for I will accept none of your sacrifices and your burnt offerings. And ye shall offer for a sacrifice unto me a broken heart and a contrite spirit. And whoso cometh unto me with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, him will I baptize with fire and with the Holy Ghost, even as the Lamanites, because of their faith in me at the time of their conversion, were baptized with fire and with the Holy Ghost, and they knew it not. Behold, I have come unto the world to bring redemption unto the world, to save the world from sin. Therefore, whoso repenteth and cometh unto me as a little child, him will I receive, for of such is the kingdom of God. Behold, for such I have laid down my life, and have taken it up again; therefore repent, and come unto me ye ends of the earth, and be saved.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 9:15 - 22)
As you have seen he is also the Eternal Father, the creator of Heaven and Earth. His spiritual or pre-mortal name is the great Jehovah or the God and ruler of the prophets of the Old Testament of the Bible. He was the one who gave the law unto Moses the great law giver. And he is also the Savior and Redeemer of the New Testament in a tabernacle of flesh and bones as ours. He is the same Resurrected being who ministered unto my ancient fathers in the Book of Mormon; and yet the very same glorified deity of the book of Doctrine and Covenants and in the book of the Pearl of Great Price. And as I have described him to you from prime to exalted being with all these four witnesses or testimonies given to us by the Holy prophets, you and no one can deny that God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. While if we only had the bible, we would only see a partial God who was kind and benevolent enough to speak and commune with the ancient and not with the contemporary. I could tell you also about the Father of Jesus Christ and about the Holy Ghost, but if you do not believe in the son, you will not believe in the Father or the later whom the Father sent to bear witness of the truth of all things.
Behold, I am he that gave the law, and I am he who covenanted with my people Israel; therefore, the law in me is fulfilled, for I have come to fulfil the law; therefore it hath an end. Behold, I do not destroy the prophets, for as many as have not been fulfilled in me, verily I say unto you, shall all be fulfilled.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 15:5 - 6)
Now Thomas, what you teach or have mentioned in your limited response are the doctrines about the nature of God and not the doctrines of Salvation given to us by Jesus Christ with exception to the mentioning of the blood of Christ that you made. The doctrine of Christ for you is this and you will not know assertively of any other doctrine until after you believe first in this, which is the pure doctrine of Christ.
And this is the doctrine, which is first to have faith in Jesus Christ and in his salvation and atoning merits, which include his life, death and resurrection. Second, it is repentance and abandonment of all sins and transgression. Third, it is Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins and fourth the bestowal of the gifts of the Holy Ghost by those with proper authority without which there cannot be any true conversion or a baptism of fire and of the Holy Ghost. Now here is the law, the testimony and the firm decree of heaven concerning these matters from the beginning of the world whether you believe it or not. And you will nor can receive any of these blessings for an everlasting benefit unless you come to the presence of god on earth which is no other than the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day- Saints.
Now this is the commandment: Repent, all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me and be baptized in my name, that ye may be sanctified by the reception of the Holy Ghost, that ye may stand spotless before me at the last day. Verily, verily, I say unto you, this is my gospel; and ye know the things that ye must do in my church; for the works which ye have seen me do that shall ye also do; for that which ye have seen me do even that shall ye do; Therefore, if ye do these things blessed are ye, for ye shall be lifted up at the last day.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 27:20 - 22)
And last but not least, the notion of the blood of Christ you fancifully in incorrectly think about and ignorantly mention is the blood which Christ, which the son of God, even Jesus Christ shed for us all on the cross. This is a free and great gift for all humanity and you neither need to be good or bad or even believe in God to receive it. This gifts makes it possible for all flesh that has perish or that is about to perish to resurrect to be summoned to appear before the bar of God to be judged according to our works whether they were good or bad, for as death entered to all men by the deeds of one man, so will life enter into the body of all by the deeds of Christ on the cross to give us the gift of resurrection or in other words to untie the bonds of the temporal death. So if this is the doctrine you are selling to you followers, you are robbing them and you will be held accountable before God for this, because it is an entirely free gift. And it avail you nothing which way you teach it. And if you die in this condition of ignorance you must sleep and resurrect not with the first fruits as with Christ and his chosen ones, but later, or in the posterior resurrection only when the Lord sound the second trump, for he has spoken time and again saying:
For behold, this is my church; whosoever is baptized shall be baptized unto repentance. And whomsoever ye receive shall believe in my name; and him will I freely forgive. For it is I that taketh upon me the sins of the world; for it is I that hath created them; and it is I that granteth unto him that believeth unto the end a place at my right hand. For behold, in my name are they called; and if they know me they shall come forth, and shall have a place eternally at my right hand.
And it shall come to pass that when the second trump shall sound then shall they that never knew me come forth and shall stand before me. And then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, that I am their Redeemer; but they would not be redeemed. And then I will confess unto them that I never knew them; and they shall depart into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels. Therefore I say unto you, that he that will not hear my voice, the same shall ye not receive into my church, for him I will not receive at the last day.
(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 26:22 - 28)
Hearken ye, for, behold, the great day of the Lord is nigh at hand. For the day cometh that the Lord shall utter his voice out of heaven; the heavens shall shake and the earth shall tremble, and the trump of God shall sound both long and loud, and shall say to the sleeping nations: Ye saints arise and live; ye sinners stay and sleep until I shall call again.
(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 43:17 - 18)
What you ignore Thomas is that the work and glory of God is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of men for despite your unbelief or incredulity of restored records, this also has the LORD spoken it saying:
For behold, this is my work and my glory—to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.
(Pearl of Great Price | Moses 1:39)
Immortality is resurrection or the mere act of just living for ever or without the ability to die. But Eternal life is not just to live forever, but to live forever in the presence of God rather than in any other place. In order for any of us to live fore ever in the express presence of God in unspeakable joy and happiness with our ancient and holy fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and also with all the holy prophets, we must individually and collectively work our salvation with fear and trembling. Or we need to forsake Babylon or the world in a life of obedience and endurance in god’s commandments; and offering unto acceptable sacrifices until the last day of our mortal life or until the perfect day. And if there are any great or small shortcomings, the Lord has, is and will make up for them. But this is only upon the conditions of repentance, for Christ came to save us from our sins and not in our sins.
And for your express knowledge, no blood on the cross helps any of one to attain this greater gift. Abut it is the blood which dropped from the LORD by every pore when he drank out of that bitter cup, which the father gave unto him while he was paying or atoning for our transgressions in Gethsemane. And I assure you that there he did not suffer for the whole world but only for all those who come unto him with a broken heart and a contrite spirit and for no one else. And this can only be attained by entering by the gate into the strait and narrow path which leads with the help of the Holy Ghost from the rudiments of the kingdom of God as it is on earth to the glorious exaltation which is the kingdom of heaven when all things are said and done.
And it is faith in the atonement and redemption of Christ through repentance and baptism is that we need to teach and preach or teach people to keep the Holy Commandments. For this life if a preparatory state and the time to repent and prepare in order to meet God is now. And we need not wasting our time teaching iniquity or selling things which will not be for our eternal profit as you have done all your life to your own damnation. There is no truth in you which I would not accept, but the truth of God which is in me which surpasses your own understanding you will not accept. Instead you will shatter in many peaces like a tempered glass when the real truth is presented to you due to the hardness of your heart. And my words will stand as a bright testimony against you in that great and last day when we are brought to testify of our deed in the pleasant judgment of God. Here is the law and the testimony:
And men are instructed sufficiently that they know good from evil. And the law is given unto men. And by the law no flesh is justified; or, by the law men are cut off. Yea, by the temporal law they were cut off; and also, by the spiritual law they perish from that which is good, and become miserable forever. Wherefore, redemption cometh in and through the Holy Messiah; for he is full of grace and truth. Behold, he offereth himself a sacrifice for sin, to answer the ends of the law, unto all those who have a broken heart and a contrite spirit; and unto none else can the ends of the law be answered.
Wherefore, how great the importance to make these things known unto the inhabitants of the earth, that they may know that there is no flesh that can dwell in the presence of God, save it be through the merits, and mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah, who layeth down his life according to the flesh, and taketh it again by the power of the Spirit, that he may bring to pass the resurrection of the dead, being the first that should rise. Wherefore, he is the firstfruits unto God, inasmuch as he shall make intercession for all the children of men; and they that believe in him shall be saved. And because of the intercession for all, all men come unto God; wherefore, they stand in the presence of him, to be judged of him according to the truth and holiness which is in him. Wherefore, the ends of the law which the Holy One hath given, unto the inflicting of the punishment which is affixed, which punishment that is affixed is in opposition to that of the happiness which is affixed, to answer the ends of the atonement—
(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 2:5 - 10)
Thus far Thomas, the way I see and know, you have not yet even entered by the gate and in that awful condition you are still a son of Belial, for you know not the LORD. Had you known him you would have known me and would have received me. But there is still time if you will exercise a little faith and begin to believe, so we both have joy when we meet in the everlasting Kingdom of heaven if you do not harden your heart against the word and deny the power of God by which these things are made know this day to you. But if you do reject these words, I bid you farewell until we meet at the bar of Christ and he confirms the truth of my words. For the father writes all things, and he will show you these words unto you as of one who cries repentance in the wilderness or as of one who cries from the dust of the earth and who says:
And I exhort you to remember these things; for the time speedily cometh that ye shall know that I lie not, for ye shall see me at the bar of God; and the Lord God will say unto you: Did I not declare my words unto you, which were written by this man, like as one crying from the dead, yea, even as one speaking out of the dust? I declare these things unto the fulfilling of the prophecies. And behold, they shall proceed forth out of the mouth of the everlasting God; and his word shall hiss forth from generation to generation. And God shall show unto you, that that which I have written is true.
And again I would exhort you that ye would come unto Christ, and lay hold upon every good gift, and touch not the evil gift, nor the unclean thing. And awake, and arise from the dust, O Jerusalem; yea, and put on thy beautiful garments, O daughter of Zion; and strengthen thy stakes and enlarge thy borders forever, that thou mayest no more be confounded, that the covenants of the Eternal Father which he hath made unto thee, O house of Israel, may be fulfilled.
Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God.
And again, if ye by the grace of God are perfect in Christ, and deny not his power, then are ye sanctified in Christ by the grace of God, through the shedding of the blood of Christ, which is in the covenant of the Father unto the remission of your sins, that ye become holy, without spot. And now I bid unto all, farewell. I soon go to rest in the paradise of God, until my spirit and body shall again reunite, and I am brought forth triumphant through the air, to meet you before the pleasing bar of the great Jehovah, the Eternal Judge of both quick and dead. Amen.
(Book of Mormon | Moroni 10:27 - 34)
These are my humble words with which I seal the law and the testimony that testify of the truth of God. And I leave them first for your eternal well being if you receive them; and secondly for your eternal damnation if your reject them. And I speak as one having authority and not of myself but as the LORD has spoken it, he shall also fulfill.
And I do seal this solemnly and kindly on earth and in heaven in the Holy Name of my savior and redeemer, even Jesus Christ, amen.
Attentively yours from an unworthy Servant in the hands of Christ who is also a witness of his divinity.
